Requests For Credentials
Requests for media credentials for rodeo events should be submitted in writing on company letterhead and emailed, or mailed. Requests can be emailed to vicechair@laramiejubileedays.org
Credential requests should be submitted no later than July 1st to ensure your request can be processed timely.
Full credentials valid for all Laramie Jubilee Days Rodeo events will be issued to paid employees of media outlets, writers or photographers with a valid letter of assignment from a media outlet and PRCA photographers with a current membership card.
Please note that press access is working media only and no children will be permitted.

Dress Requirements
PRCA clothing regulations state that all media personnel and photographers must wear a long-sleeved button-down or western shirt, long pants, boots and a western hat while present in the arena, chute area, and cowboy’s ready area.
