Hi! My name is Lainie McElwee and I was born and raised in Laramie. Growing up I loved going to Laramie Jubilee Days, getting pictures with the royalty I would one day become, and of course I had a natural love for animals and riding horses. I have always admired the strong and tight knit community Laramie has to offer and the support it gives it’s youth and local organizations. I participated in high school rodeo, NRHA shows and also competed at the 2018 AQHYA youth worlds horse show, all with my gray mare Wiggy. I also did many horse events and showed an array of animals in 4-H. I was a Laramie Jubilee Days Princess in 2015. I graduated from Laramie High School in 2019 and am currently working on my pilots license!
